Brus - linkOur very first dog. He turned out to be so much - a UKC show champion, an agility athlete, a father, and most importantly an outstanding pet. He is the dog that got us into breeding, because his breeder had so much confidence in him.

Reggie - linkReggie - the dog that got us into performance sports! Think intensive training, heart pounding competitions, great disappointments, great achievements. That is agility. And Reggie is a true athlete, physically more than able to meet the challenges thrown to him, Yet he probably wishes we'd just put a doggy door to the outside so he could work all day by chasing away squirrels, birds, and rabbits.

Indy - linkPlease see the page "Treasures" for lots more on Indy. He was our third dog, and our first special needs animal. We adopted him just as he was losing all his sight (a progressive genetic issue). Yet he was almost as capable as any other dog in the house. It has been an honor and privilege to give him a home with us, and he loved it through and through. We will always remember his great stamina, how he could walk all day - though he insisted on going at his (slower) pace. He hiked mountains, forded streams, scrambled up rocky trails (though going down we did sometimes have to carry him).
He is of course no longer with us but lives in our memory. |
Mark - linkThe son of our first litter out of Brus - impressively, he has inherited the virtues of both his parents, his mother being Mariah. He is a truly loyal companion, and without question the most highly gifted athlete here. He can leap into our arms from a standstill, and has amazing coordination in catching the ball. On top of all that, he is the most affectionate fellow in the house. He can always be found at our side, and is happy to rest while indoors.

Dickens - linkThis lovely boy was a gift from some breeder friends of ours, and while he was not able to be used as a stud, he has been a great addition to our home as a pet. Now in a forever home he is making others equally happy!
It is his lovely picture you see on the banner, at a dog show. |
Gus - linkOur Tempest x Derek keeper. He has the sweetest and most gentle temperament, and is almost as gentle in person. He plays hard and sometimes accidentally nips - but never from any malice.
He now lives with a wonderful family and is loved, cared for and attended to by three wonderful kids. |
